Shipping and Product Returns

We strive to ship orders the day they are received.  However, orders placed in the afternoon, may not ship until the following business day.

We ship USPS standard ground.  Shipping is free on all US domestic orders over $125.

We are not offering international shipping at this time.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the damaged product to info@sapphirebotanica.com along with a description of the damage.  Our goal is to get you a replacement product as soon as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product from Sapphire Botanica, please return that product within 30 days for a complete refund.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  Refunds can take several business days as we are relying on various banking entities to complete the transaction.
